Limitations regarding DIY Repairs
Our company supplies spares and accessories for electronics equipment which may contain lethal voltages even after mains power supply is removed, it is assumed that you as a customer are aware of this, it is also assumed that you are not a minor and you take all necessary precautions to avoid any accidental electric shock while you attempt to install or remove any parts from your equipment, it is also assumed that you do have the technical knowledge and the physical ability to perform a DIY repair, if you feel you are not up to the task, please refer servicing to a qualified repair canter, the company cannot be held liable for any damage to equipment, personal injury or even death while in the process of a DIY repair

Payment

Bank Transfers, Cash ( if goods are picked up from our store ), or Credit Cards ( through Paypal ONLY ) are all acceptable methods of payment, payment in full ( Including Shipping Costs where applicable )must be received before any goods are dispatched

Cancellation Policy

Customers within EU under European distant sales directive have the right to cancel the order contract at any time up to 14 working days after parts have been delivered, To cancel your contract within this time frame you have to contact us in person, via email, phone and / or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing

Distance Selling regulations

If you want to cancel your order and refuse the delivery of your parcel for reasons under the European Distance Selling regulations, or you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund your purchase in full within 14 days for any amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, By exercising you right to cancel you are required to return the goods to our company's address taking very good care on packing and using a shipping service that will provide online delivery confirmation, and pay for all return shipping Costs.
